B4s work by filtering out alcohol toxins before they have a chance to cause hangover symptoms. Alcohol toxins (known as congeners) latch on to the surface of B4’s only ingredient, activated carbon, and leave the body naturally.

Other companies selling similar capsules are restricted by how much of the active ingredient (activated carbon) they can use, and they often add other ingredients which are of very little effect. We use the most refined form of activated vegetable carbon known to man and feel no need to add any vitamins etc to 'pad' up the capsules (some of these are in such small amounts that a couple of drinks with orange/lemon slices in them would be of the equivalent). Q: What are the directions for taking B4s?
A: Take two capsules before drinking, two capsules while drinking and two capsules after drinking. This is based on the average person drinking five to six drinks in a three to four hour period. Remember that exceeding your daily alcohol limit can affect your health.
Q: Won’t taking painkillers do the same thing?
A: Taking paracetamol whilst drinking can be damaging to the liver. Never mix drugs and alcohol.
Q: Will B4s be effective if I drink to excess?
A: No. Although taking more capsules will decrease the likelihood of a hangover, exceeding your daily alcohol limit can be damaging to your health.
Q: Will taking B4s change my blood alcohol level?
A: No. B4s only works on the toxins and not on the alcohol itself so they will not interfere with your enjoyment of alcohol or change your actual blood count. Do not drink and drive.
Q: Do B4s contain ash?
A: Cheaper activated carbon capsules have a high ash content, which can result in liver and kidney damage due to the metal that it contains. B4s are made from the highest quality activated carbon and contain no ash.
Q: Are there any side effects?
A: None. B4s capsules are 100% natural and you can’t take too much, but we will point out that the formula inside the capsules is black and will leave your system the same colour so don’t be alarmed, this is completely normal.
